An army of well paid workers go to work turning your child into a money producing commodity for courts, lawyers, staff, counselors, doctors, dentists, emergency rooms, expensive time consuming "court mandated" classes, CASA personnel, shrinks and handlers. Handlers are people who will be there when you come to see your kids on a "visitation day" if you are lucky enough to have one. Case workers and CASA will be behind a mirror watching your every move and listening to the audio of what is said. Any and all infraction, nuances, statements, casual things said, will ALL be noted down in a negative way in the reports for that day to build the case against you. That is what they are there for after all. If they don't build a case the situation might be solved over night but the army of well paid vultures that are living very well off the broken lives of you and your children would not make their fat monthly income with nice benefits. Way more than you ever had at your disposal to take care of your family. You and your's have one or two incomes. You use this to feed your family. DHS takes your kids and suddenly fabulous incomes are made for many people for EACH child. The DHS clock is designed to work against you. They like to terminate parental rights TPR. Get used to that designation. They will find any means to target a family and are not interested in the truth. Matter of fact their job is to make sure the truth does not come out by hiding details and ignoring facts. Meanwhile there is risk that your life and the lives of your children will be destroyed. There is plenty of documentation in Oregon and nation wide for that. More than 8,000 children are now missing from families in Oregon. Nationwide more than 400,000 are missing from families. All without due process. All violating the constitution that you have a right to due process and a 12 member jury of your peers. As it now is Judges cooperate with law enforcement and DHS to rig the game against you. DOJ lawyers for DHS are the worst.
